By accessing and using EvoPur's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

EvoPur provides professional eco-friendly cleaning services including:

• Residential cleaning services
• Commercial cleaning services
• Post-construction cleaning
• Specialized eco-friendly cleaning solutions

Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Emergency services may be available with additional charges

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

EvoPur is fully insured and bonded. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to protect our clients and their property. However, our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our negligence
• Maximum liability not exceeding the service fee
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service experience, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
• Inform us of any special requirements or concerns
• Provide accurate contact information
• Ensure pets are secured during service

Our services do not include:

• Cleaning of biohazardous materials
• Exterior window cleaning above ground level
• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Cleaning of antiques or extremely delicate items
• Services requiring specialized equipment not provided by EvoPur

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. Our staff is trained to maintain professional discretion at all times.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. EvoPur reserves the right to refuse service or terminate agreements for safety concerns, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
